Holmer Court is a residential care home just on the outskirts of the city of Hereford, we cater for 33 adults over the age of 65.
We are looking for a kind and compassionate individual that wants to enhance the lives of others and offer quality care and support and to join our already established care team. Previous experience would be of an advantage.
Responsibilities will include:-
Personal care, Continence care, assistance with meals and fluids, transferring residents as per care plan, accurate record keeping, offering comfort, stimulation and support, whilst maintaining their privacy and dignity.
