Position: Full-Time Beauty Therapist
Location: The Skin Sculpter, Notting Hill
Working Hours: 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday (10am to 7pm)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our prestigious salon. As a full-time Beauty therapist, you will specialize in providing exceptional face and body treatments to our valued clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury environment with a VIP client list. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of face and body treatments, including but not limited to facials, massages, body wraps and other beauty therapies.
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on clients' individual needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied throughout their experience at the salon.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and products are properly sanitized and stocked.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide the highest level of service and recommendations to clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a loyal customer base and generating repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to maintain a harmonious and professional work environment.
- Adhere to all salon policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) certification in Beauty Therapy.
- Previous experience working as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a luxury retail or high-end salon environment.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently to meet client appointments and maintain a high standard of service.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Must have permanent residency in the United Kingdom.
