Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using basic maths skills to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team setting.
