Duties

- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and service.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.

- Experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not essential.
