What you’ll do
- Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
- Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
- Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
- Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
• Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
- Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support. This role requires flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with colleagues while also being confident in taking the lead and working independently with customers when needed.
- The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
- Flexible Bank Work across both Outreach and Residential services in Cornwall supporting people with a range vulnerabilities and support needs.

The practical bits
• Depending on which service you agree to work in will depend what hours you work. This could be Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) or weekend or evening shifts (whichever suits you as we have a variety of different services).
• To work flexibly across North/East Cornwall in residential (Homeless, ASC) or Outreach Services. This could be in Bude, Launceston, Saltash, Liskeard or Outreach covering the surrounding areas.
• Office base location for this role is Launceston or Liskeard.
- Mileage will be paid from base location for any travel within work time.
- You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
- A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
