Job Purpose
We are seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will manage our network of contractors in delivering repairs and maintanence at our client's buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries for repairs via our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system and by telephone.
- Booking in and scheduling plannned maintenance visits.
- Manage contractors via our CAFM system and by telephone.
- Troubleshoot maintenance and repair issues, working with our technical team.
- Working with our CAFM system to manage workflows and processes.
- Hold regular client meetings either in person or over Teams.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Worked on a fast paced Help Desk or within a Call Centre.
- Good problem solver with common sense and logical approach to challenges.
- Strong customer service skills & experience.
- Excellent communication and a confident manner.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure at all times.
- Strong and confident personality and ability to create excellent relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to be present in the offices 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Ability to be on call 24/7 1 week in 7
Desirable
- Worked within the property related sector.
- Wokred in Healthcare on Maintenance Management.
