Self-Employed Multi-Trader – Large Refurbishment Project – Shepperton TW17
We are looking for an experienced Self-Employed Multi-Trader to join our team on a large refurbishment project in Shepperton, TW17.
This is a long-term opportunity with an expected duration of 3+ months, so we are particularly interested in someone who is local to the TW17 area and available for consistent work throughout the project.
We Are Looking For
An experienced Multi-Trader who is confident carrying out a range of refurbishment and property maintenance works, including:
- General building and remedial works
- Carpentry and joinery
- Plastering and making good
- Painting and decorating
- Flooring and associated preparation
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works
- Silicone and finishing works
- General repairs and snagging
- Other refurbishment works as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader
- Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- CSCS card preferred
- Own tools
- Own vehicle
- Valid UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work consistently for the duration of the project
- References or previous experience available on request
The successful candidate must be confident working within an occupied/unoccupied refurbishment environment and able to complete works to a high standard.
