Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of Roblox experiences
- Work with other developers to create engaging gameplay
- Test and improve features
- Participate in team discussions and planning
Skills Assessment
To help us assess applicants fairly, shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a small development task. This task is designed solely to evaluate skills, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Depending on the role, candidates may be paired into small teams and asked to create a simple Roblox project within a set timeframe. Examples may include:
- Building a small map or environment
- Creating a basic gameplay mechanic
- Designing a user interface
- Developing a simple scripted feature
