The Role
As a Lecturer, you will deliver live academic sessions, support learners through their UK qualification journey, and uphold the quality standards expected of a UK TNE institution. This is not a passive, pre-recorded role; we want educators who take genuine ownership of the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online lectures, tutorials, and virtual office hours
- Prepare lesson plans and learning resources aligned with UK programme specifications
- Assess student work to UK academic standards with timely, constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records and uphold academic quality assurance requirements
- Participate in standardisation, moderation, and curriculum development
Essential Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Business, Accounting and Finance or related fields.
- Proven teaching experience in UK Higher Education or a UK-aligned TNE context
- Strong English communication skills to an academic professional standard
- Experience with VLEs such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or Microsoft Teams
