Due to continued growth and changes within the workshop team, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Workshop Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team at our Crosshills facility.
This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
The Role
You will be involved in the assembly and preparation of campervan roof systems, working across different stages of production to help ensure products leave the workshop to the highest standard.
Daily duties may include:
- Assembly of campervan roof components
- Using hand and power tools
- Preparing and fitting trim panels and hardware
- Measuring, drilling and basic fabrication work
- Assisting with workshop organisation and stock movement
- Quality checking finished products
- Supporting other departments when required
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for somebody who:
- Has good practical skills and attention to detail
- Is confident using hand and power tools
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Can work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Has previous workshop, manufacturing, assembly or trade experience (preferred but not essential)
Experience within automotive, campervan, joinery, fabrication or manufacturing environments would be beneficial.
39 Hours per Week (Mon - Thurs 8:30-17:00, Fri 8:30-16:00)
