Due to continued growth, we're looking to recruit an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our team. Whether you prefer the security of employed status or the flexibility of self-employment, we'll provide the support and opportunities to help you succeed.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who wants to spend more time advising clients and less time worrying about where the next enquiry is coming from.
You'll receive a consistent flow of quality opportunities whilst being encouraged to develop your own client base and maximise your earnings.
What You'll Receive
- Choice of employed or self-employed contracts. £26,000 + commission if salaried route is chosen
- Approximately 6-8 high-quality warm leads every month.
- Additional prospecting opportunities to help build your pipeline.
- Full compliance and business support.
- Opportunity to build a valuable long-term client bank.
We're looking for someone who is:
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
- Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Motivated to grow both supplied and self-generated business.
- Professional, organised and committed to providing exceptional advice.
