Warehouse Operative for Ventilation Manufacturer
SUMMARY
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a well-established warehouse team.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous warehouse experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Blauberg Group is the fastest growing ventilation equipment manufacturer in the world and we are the UK arm of the company focusing on supplying energy efficient products to the UK construction industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our lively and expanding facilities in Leicester.
KEY ROLES
As one of our Warehouse Team, your primary responsibilities will be to work as part of a reliableand conscientious team. Responsibilities will include:
· Processing our customer orders for dispatch, training will be provided.
· Picking and packing orders.
· Ensure you practice good housekeeping skills and be aware of Health & Safety around you.
· Being able to listen, take clear instruction and execute the task efficiently.
· Work in a fast paced environment.
· Identifying opportunities to improve and do things differently
. General warehouse duties
· Reporting any concerns and identifying problems to your line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent literacy skills
· Worked within a busy, fast paced warehouse.
· Strong decision-making skills
· Good communication skills
· Pay attention to detail
· High level of accuracy.

Salary: starts at £12.71 per hour, may change after probationary period depending on experience
