Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Transfer knowledge of restaurant management systems to development and other technical teams
- Assist in design, develop, and optimize system architecture models utilizing knowledge of system design principles, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Analyze existing IT infrastructure and recommend enhancements involving cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, virtualization technologies like VMware and ESXi, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Conduct system administration tasks including configurations.
- Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to operating systems.
- Participate in system testing phases following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies; perform debugging and performance tuning for optimal system performance.
- Document system architecture designs, workflows, and operational procedures to ensure clarity and compliance across teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of working with restaurant management systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and business units.
- Graduate with atleast 3 years of working experience

Pay: £34,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
