The Role
Supporting the day-to-day running of the business's finance and administrative function, working closely with the Managing Director.
What you'll be doing
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management using Sage
- Payroll processing
- Invoicing and credit control
- Maintaining attendance, holiday and clocking records via Bright HR
- Administering staff training records via Citation
- Preparing and maintaining Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs) for site and installation jobs
- Supporting general company compliance administration (policies, certifications and accreditations)
- General administrative support to the MD
- Occasional CRM support for the sales team (HubSpot)
What we're looking for (essential)
- Experience with Sage accounting and payroll
- Experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel and producing management information and reports
- Comfortable administering HR and compliance records (e.g. Bright HR, Citation, or similar platforms)
- Comfortable working independently in a small-business environment
- Right to work in the UK

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
