What you'll be doing as a Server/Bartender
- Preparing and serving drinks at the bar, from classic cocktails to draught beers, wines, and soft drinks
- Taking food and drink orders, running plates, and looking after guests throughout their visit
- Handling cash, card, and contactless payments accurately at the till
- Setting up the bar and restaurant floor for service, and resetting between covers
- Restocking the bar, rotating stock, and helping with deliveries
- Keeping the bar, floor, and service areas clean, tidy, and welcoming from open to close
- Supporting opening and closing routines as part of the team rota

You don't need bar or restaurant experience — we provide full training from day one, including cocktail-making and responsible service of alcohol. You'll fit right in if you're:

- Confident working on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Comfortable with numbers and handling payments
- Aged 18 or over (required for serving alcohol)
- Available for evenings and weekends on a rota
Hours and availability
- Contract type: Full-time server and bartender roles available
- Shifts: Daytime, evening, and late shifts across the week
- Weekends: Required on a rota basis — details discussed at interview
