S10 Dental Practice is a well-established private practice located in Fulwood, Sheffield. We are looking for a Dental Hygienist/Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team.
This opportunity has arisen due to a change in circumstances for our current hygienist, and we are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about patient care to continue providing high-quality hygiene services to our loyal patient base.
The position is part-time, working 1 day per week on Tuesdays, with some selected Wednesdays available if desired.
You will be fully supported by an experienced dental nurse and will have access to digital radiography and Exact clinical software within a modern practice environment.
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Requirements
- GDC registered Dental Hygienist/Therapist
- Recognised Dental Hygiene/Therapy qualification
- Valid professional indemnity insurance
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Up-to-date CPD
- Strong focus on patient care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Provide hygiene treatments and preventative advice in accordance with GDC guidance and relevant regulations
- Carry out treatments according to the dentist’s written prescription
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient clinical records
- Ensure all clinical areas, instruments, and equipment are maintained to high infection control and health and safety standards
- Work closely with the clinical and reception team to ensure smooth patient care and communication
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of materials within the surgery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including medical emergency and CPR updates
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist preferred
