Job Summary:
Nice Buns Café is looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Time or Part-Time Experienced Barista to join our friendly team. We welcome enthusiastic and motivated individuals who take pride in crafting high-quality coffee and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have solid barista experience, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for great coffee and community. We particularly encourage female applicants with relevant experience to apply, as we continue to build a diverse and inclusive team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with care and consistency
- Provide warm, attentive customer service and maintain a welcoming café atmosphere
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment
- Support daily café operations, including cleaning and restocking
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barista in a café or coffee shop
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
