Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner for a nursery based in Gosforth. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients' premises are clean, safe, and welcoming. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a reputable company committed to excellence.
Key Info
Monday to Friday 6pm-8.30 pm, 12.5 hrs per week @ £13.71 ph. Due to the nature of the business, the role requires the candidate to have a recent enhanced DBS
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly across designated sites.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used responsibly and replenished as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Enhanced DBS
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to cleaning roles is a plus.
