We are looking to recruit a House Manager for a block of retirement flats in Edinburgh. The role involves daily checks of the building , liaising with contractors, instructing remedial works, weekly testing of fire alarm and general administration tasks.
The ideal person will have strong people skills in order to develop and promote a warm and friendly environment for the residents.
Knowledge of managing property is not essential.
The role does not require you to provide any personal care to the residents.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 1pm (20 hrs per week / 4 hrs per day)
