About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll guide customers through every stage of their vehicle-buying journey, ensuring they receive expert advice and a first-class experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers both in the showroom and online
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable Mazda, Ford, Changan vehicles and finance solutions
- Building long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Managing enquiries efficiently and maintaining accurate customer records
- Delivering engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Achieving personal and team sales targets
- Ensuring every customer receives an outstanding Sandicliffe experience
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for customer service and sales
- Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Is self-motivated, positive, and target-driven
- Has strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Is confident using digital systems and technology
- Holds a full UK driving licence
Previous automotive sales experience is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable sales and customer service experience from a variety of industries.
