Concrete Production Operative
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Concrete Production Operatives to join our growing manufacturing team. You will be involved in the production of high-quality concrete products, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Previous experience in concrete manufacturing, construction, or a production environment is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing concrete products.
- Preparing moulds and reinforcing materials.
- Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Removing finished products from moulds.
- Carrying out quality checks.
- Keeping the production area clean and organised.
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Assisting with general yard duties when required.
Requirements
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience is desirable but not essential.
