Founded in 2008, YouMeSushi has been winning the hearts of Londoners thanks to our varying menu concept that is a perfectly combined with a fresh and unique approach to Japanese cuisine.
Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for a General Manager for our London store in Uxbridge.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a hands-on General Manager who can lead from the front, driving our business forward and promoting our brand.
You will need to be passionate about food and customer service as well as being commercially aware. We are looking for someone organised and driven, a natural and charismatic leader. Great sense of humour and good energy is a key!
You will need to be flexible as this role requires working weekends and late evenings.
The right person must have:
- Min 1 year or General Manager experience within hospitality sector.
- Be the “people person” who listen, support and lead by example
- Be excellent communicator with focus on solutions rather than the problems.
- Be able to work within a team, as well as independently.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (no two days are the same in YouMeSushi).
- Familiar with 3rd party delivery platforms, P&L and business KPIs.
