Post: Sales Advisor
Responsible to: Sales Team Leader
Location: Denbighshire, North Wales
Salary – £12.71 per hour
You will be working, as a part of a positive and exciting Sales team, where you will be expected to consultatively sell a range of products and services that our client offer.
You will respond to inbound enquiries and make outbound calls which may include cold calling. You will ensure an ethical approach to customers is always taken.
You will need to be passionate about the quality of work that you deliver and be self-motivated to achieve and exceed your goals at every opportunity.
Main duties:
- Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI’s and targets are met
- Communicate with our existing and cancelled customers remotely as a part of an omni-channel call centre environment which includes inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat
- Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by taking ownership of your own performance
- Practise and promote ethical selling
- Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help customers
- Be a subject matter expert
- Keep the customer at the centre of everything you do
- Support company growth by providing a first-class new customer journey. Identify opportunities and introduce the customer to our fantastic products and services.
- Promote and implement our Direct Debit programmes
- Act as an Ambassador for the company when representing and promoting the company
- Handle all calls in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
- Ensure accurate records are kept and maintained on the database making clear and concise notes in required fields
- Provide accurate feedback on any trends in campaigns
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times
- Communicate and liaise effectively with all departments to ensure a customer centric approach
- Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment.
Hours of work: The hours will require full time 9am-5pm initially, although they can slot into the teams shift pattern to start (early shift 8:30-4:30 & late 9:30-5:30). Monday to Friday.
