We are currently looking for an experienced CDP or a commis with some previous kitchen experience to join our BOH team.
The Royal Oak is a totally Independent business so there will be plenty of space for creativity developing new dishes. No very late nights as latest we take orders is 8.30 p.m., for dinner service, full time, pay negotiable depending on experience.
The successful applicant will be expected to have the following qualities.
- Be a real team player with excellent communication skills.
- Working across various sections of the kitchen and maintaining excellent communication to keep up with orders during service.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness whilst adhering to safety systems.
- Working with front of house to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen.
- A passion for food and fresh produce
- Someone with attention to detail and who takes pride in their work and work well under pressure.
