Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Casual Labourer to help install insulation in lofts and floors across East Sussex. This role offers flexible hours and is ideal for individuals seeking temporary or part-time employment. The successful candidate will play a vital part in assisting with general labouring duties, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards.
Duties
- Assisting with manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials or equipment
- Supporting the setup and dismantling of work areas
- Assisting trades or technical teams with their tasks as required
- Collecting and disposing of waste or debris in line with health and safety protocols
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures during daily operations
Skills
- Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in labouring roles and with power tools is advantageous but not mandatory
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
