At Chisholm Hunter, technology plays a vital role in supporting our luxury retail stores, support centre, and operations. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Co-ordinator to join our IT team.
The Role
The IT Support Co-ordinator will provide reliable, hands-on first- and second-line support across Chisholm Hunter's Support Centre, store network, e-commerce operation and workshop/manufacturing functions.
Working as part of the IT team, the role supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of core business systems, the Microsoft environment, infrastructure and end user technology. IT takes ownership of incidents through to resolution, coordinating specialist or supplier support where required and keeping colleagues informed throughout.
The role is predominantly office based in Glasgow, with occasional travel to stores and flexibility required during peak periods or business-critical incidents.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-line IT support

Manage support tickets and service requests through to resolution

Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows 10/11 and end-user devices

Maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and store technology

Support business-critical retail, EPOS and operational systems

Perform system health, security and compliance checks

Contribute to IT projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
Ideally you will have:

Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Support Analyst role

Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills

Experience managing user accounts and permissions

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
