Handley Gibson is a well-established Lettings & Block Management Specialist, and we're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Property Administrator to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge with opportunities for career progression. While previous property experience is desirable, it isn't essential as full training will be provided. Strong administrative experience is a must.
About the Role
As our Property Administrator, you'll provide administrative support across the different sectors of our business, ensuring our office runs efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support across the business.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries.
- Assist the lettings and block management teams with day-to-day administration.
- Prepare and maintain property records and documentation.
- General office administration and data entry.
- Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, contractors and clients.
- Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Timekeeping
- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy office.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the property industry.
- Knowledge of lettings or block management (training provided if not).

- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch).
