Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a comprehensive care facility. This pivotal role involves ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care across assisted living, senior care, hospice, dementia, and disability services. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the care facility’s daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient and resident care are consistently met.
- Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams including nursing staff, caregivers, therapists, and administrative personnel to promote teamwork and professional development.
- Oversee clinical practices such as medication administration, patient assessments, case management, and specialized care including Alzheimer’s, dementia, Toddler care, and individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements through regular audits and staff training.
- Develop and implement policies that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, staffing schedules, and procurement processes to optimize facility performance.
- Foster a compassionate environment that prioritizes dignity, respect, and personalized care for all residents.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to patient care records, incident reports, regulatory filings, and staff records.
Experience
- Proven experience in assisted living or senior care management with a strong background in nursing home operations.
- Extensive supervisory experience managing healthcare teams in settings such as hospice care or ICU environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in dementia care—including Alzheimer’s—and working with individuals with disabilities or special needs such as Toddler or home care populations.
- Knowledge of anatomy relevant to patient assessments and medical imaging procedures is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and medication administration protocols is essential for ensuring safe patient care.
- Experience working with diverse populations including children and individuals requiring specialized medical or therapeutic interventions.
- Strong management skills with a track record of supervising staff effectively while fostering professional growth.
