This is an exciting opportunity to join our Events Team as an Account Development
Manager, based in our Crawley office. The role primarily focuses on sponsorship sales and reports directly to the Senior Management Team. This position is open to both those looking to start a career in this space and more experienced individuals.

At Ah!media, we run exclusive, invitation-only conferences designed to spark meaningful connections, deliver pre-qualified leads, showcase thought leadership, and elevate brand awareness in niche markets. These events bring end users and service providers together for targeted networking and efficient, data-driven business development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify suitable companies to sponsor our events
· Locate decision-makers within target organisations
· Design and execute outreach programs to schedule consultations
· Guide prospects through a structured sales process to secure event sponsorships
· Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets
Essential Skills:
· Strong receptivity to training
· Resilience and adaptability in a sales environment
· Confidence, personability, and the ability to think on your feet
· A positive attitude towards rejection and challenges
The Nuts and Bolts:
· Competitive base salary: £26,000 to £33,000 per annum + uncapped commission
· Monday–Friday: 09:00 to 17.30 (Please note - This role is 100% office-based)
· Christmas shutdown: 2 weeks off over the festive period
