We’re expanding our global air logistics network and actively searching for a long-term remote independent contractor based in the UK or Europe to support our cross-border air freight operations with China & Japan routes.
This is a fully remote flexible collaboration role, ideal for logistics practitioners based in Europe who want stable long-term side/primary remote work with an international freight forwarding firm.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Daily operation support for international air freight forwarding business
- Respond to global client business emails independently
- Sort order data, maintain and update internal operation systems timely
- Serve as the communication bridge between China HQ team and overseas clients
- Track whole shipment workflow & follow up on all business progress
Working Schedule Requirement
- Shift coverage: Need to cover working window 13:00 – 06:00 China Standard Time (CST)
- Workload: 5 days per week, around 8 hours daily
- Preference: Candidates seeking long-term, consistent collaboration will be prioritized
What We Are Looking For
Stable home office setup: Reliable internet & complete working devices
Strong time management, reliable and able to commit to long-term cooperation
Proven working experience in international freight forwarding / air logistics industry
Bilingual capability: Mandarin (daily operation core language) + fluent English for global communication; Japanese language skill is a massive bonus
Legal local residency in UK/EU, qualified to provide independent contractor services locally
Able to self-manage all local tax declarations & relevant paperwork independently
Cooperation Terms
- Partnership type: Independent Contractor (No formal employment contract)
- Payment term: Monthly settlement on agreed service fee
