Account Manager - Workwear
Home-based with travel to customers (South West) and CLEAN sites
£40,938.39 per annum, PLUS Car/Car Allowance, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, a Recommend a Friend Bonus Scheme, Performance Awards, Long Service Awards and opportunities for training and progression.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an Account Manager who is service industry focused and commercially aware. You will need to live within 20 miles of Bristol to be able to cover your geographical area.
Your new role
Reporting to the Uniform Services Director, the primary purpose of the role is to ensure delivery of excellent customer service in line with CLEAN's Customer Charter. You will proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction by making sure an effective and efficient service delivery is maintained at all time.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Assisting in the management of new installations and customer handover from Sales;

Managing customer exits;

Ensuring our customers are compliant with company procedures including garment management and rotation;

Maintaining a close understanding of operational matters, attending reviews with Site Directors, Customer Audits and site visits to ensure laundries are meeting contractual service levels;

Monitoring the performance of each account using CLEAN reports and supplying customers with management information based on their specific contractual obligations.
The hours are 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover the demands of the role, which may include the occasional overnight stay.
Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, experienced support service professional, with a background in account management/customer service management, and if you have experience in our industry, even better!
Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills in English (our business language) and be competent in using Microsoft packages. You will need to have great attention to detail, be customer focused, and able to manage your time and workload efficiently, with minimal supervision.
You will need eligibility to work in the UK and of course, you will need a valid driving licence!
