We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team in360 Sky Bar. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and bartending practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience in our restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- A commitment to food safety practices to ensure the health and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
