We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and hard-working Specialist Cleaner to join our team. The role involves a mix of domestic and environmental cleaning, including physical and manual work. If you're practical, take pride in your work, and enjoy variety in your day, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties
· Domestic cleaning duties, work to a high standard of hygiene and cleaniness
· Perform house clearances, including heavy lifting of furniture and items
· Perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
· Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
· Work efficiently and independently if required, following company health and safety procedures
· Drive company vehicles when necessary, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
· Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or the public
· Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to management promptly
· Travel to various job locations as required.
Requirements
· Full, clean UK driving licence
· Must live in or very near to Hastings / St Leonards
· Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
· Physically fit and strong, with the ability to lift heavy objects
· Previous experience in domestic cleaning is a plus, but not required
· Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
3 month probation basis before offering a full time contract. Full training given in this supported role. No 2 days are the same and the work is very dynamic.

Pay: £27,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
