Classy yet casual, we’re an effortlessly hip bar and restaurant with ten stylish boutique hotel rooms in Edinburgh. We’re best known for our boozy brunches but people return for a la carte dinners, after-work cocktails, birthday celebrations and more.
About the job
Our bar team help to keep the good times flowing, whether it’s recommending one of our carefully crafted cocktails or pouring the perfect pint! You’ll welcome customers, take orders, create and deliver drinks, upsell and take payments, all with a genuine smile. We want those 5 * reviews mentioning you!
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience behind a bar, but it’s not essential. If you’re successful in your application, you’ll join our bespoke training program with tons of support from our dedicated team. We pride ourselves in hiring positive, friendly people who look after each other as well as our customers.
