About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Recruiter to join our business on a self-employed basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven individual with established connections in the legal sector who wants the freedom and flexibility to run their own desk, with full autonomy over how they work and who they work with.
As a self-employed recruiter, you’ll have the chance to build your own client base, manage your own workload, and earn uncapped commission while benefiting from the support of an established recruitment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and place legal professionals across private practice and/or in-house roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
- Keep abreast of market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the legal sector.
- Operate as an independent consultant while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

Earnings
This is a commission-only, self-employed opportunity with uncapped earning potential. You’ll retain a generous percentage of your billings, allowing you to directly benefit from your success.
