Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to help lead our on-site teams in the successful execution of building projects.
Duties
- Install and dismantle temporary structures around the UK including floor fixings, constructing frames, installing panels and roof covers.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines on site.
- Use all plant machinery in accordance with safety guidelines
- Assist with training of new starters.
- Run installs or dismantles in the absence of a Site Manager, including talking to customers and managing the site team.
- Attend training as and when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or site supervision roles
- Valid Driving License
- Up to date CSCS card
- SSSTS is an advantage
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Supervising experience in steel or temporary building projects is beneficial
