We are recruiting for an Electronic Test Engineer to join a well established and innovative business.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Electronic Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction by carrying out testing, fault diagnosis and repairs on electronic products and customer returns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Testing electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Diagnosing and fault finding electronic assemblies and equipment.
- Recording, analysing and reporting faults accurately.
- Processing and recording customer returns.
- Repairing and re-testing returned products.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production and engineering departments.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the testing and repair process.
What We're Looking For
- A qualification in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Previous experience working as an Electronic Test Engineer, Production Engineer, Electronics Technician or similar role.
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience testing and repairing electronic products and assemblies.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
