Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship (Business Development)

Hours: Mon - Fri - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Overview
Pro1 Group is seeking a driven Level 4 Sales Apprentice to help fuel growth across recruitment and logistics. This is a hands-on role to learn professional sales skills alongside an experienced Sales Director. You’ll make outbound calls, manage social media, and build strong client relationships while developing professional sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Sell the company’s recruitment and logistics services
- Attend client meetings (online and in person)
- Send emails and follow up with leads
- Manage social media, including LinkedIn
- Support the Sales Director with growing the business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work towards KPIs and sales targets
- Find new business opportunities and potential clients
- Update CRM systems with client information and activity
- Help prepare sales materials and presentations
- Learn and develop strong sales and communication skills
- Work towards a recognised Level 4 Sales qualification
***Full UK driving licence and access to a car required***
Qualifications
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude
- Eager to learn and build a career in sales
- Organised, reliable and target-driven
- Comfortable speaking to customers and businesses
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
Completion of the Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship qualification, combined with on-the-job training and mentoring, providing real sales experience in a growing business and clear opportunities for career progression.
Pay: £20,000.00 per year
