Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various outdoor and construction projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks. Your hands-on approach, mechanical aptitude, and enthusiasm for teamwork will help ensure the successful completion of landscaping, maintenance, and construction activities. Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, trimming, mowing, and weed control to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery including excavators and irrigation systems to support construction and landscaping projects
- Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water management
- Perform general site cleanup, material handling, and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools, performing basic mechanical adjustments or reporting issues for repair
- Collaborate with team members on various construction activities such as digging, trenching, or setting up outdoor structures
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or construction is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with power tools and small machinery such as excavators is a plus
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and general site maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in outdoor environments
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills related to gardening, landscaping, and construction projects
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and attention to safety standards
