Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Glue Technician to join our workshop team. This is a hands-on production role, central to the upholstery process. You will be responsible for applying adhesives to a range of materials and surfaces, working to precise standards in a fast-paced, workshop environment.

Duties
- Apply adhesives accurately and consistently across a variety of upholstery materials including leather, vinyl, fabric, and foam
- Prepare surfaces prior to bonding, ensuring they are clean, properly conditioned, and ready for application
- Work to established methods and quality standards at each stage of the upholstery process
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation at all times
- Operate safely around workshop tools and equipment, following all health and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure jobs progress smoothly through the production workflow
- Identify and report any quality issues or material defects to the appropriate team member

Pay: £13.00 per hour
