Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to join our vibrant early years setting. As the Nursery Manager, you will play a vital role in the development and wellbeing of the children in our care, ensuring a nurturing and conducive learning environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards. Your leadership will shape our nursery's operational success, fostering an atmosphere where children can thrive and develop essential life skills.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and liaise with parents and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children. Your experience will ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and you will take charge of developing and implementing educational programmes that stimulate children's growth in all areas of development. We are looking for someone who can motivate a team and who is passionate about creating a safe and enjoyable environment for young learners.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience working within a childcare setting
- Proven experience in a managerial position is preferred
- Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Current DBS check and satisfactory references
- Paediatric First Aid certification
