- Be the driving force behind the day-to-day Breakfast and In-Room Dining Operations

Ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment

Provide leadership through leading by example, empowering your team, and providing an inspiring service culture

Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)

Manage & develop your team through the planning & execution of holidays, payroll & rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals & performance management

Have a good knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch food trends

Apply your knowledge & share best practices regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability
