Head Chef at VESPER & The Hub on Verulam.
Hours Required: 4 day working week, Wednesday - Saturday. 48 hours.
(3 days off p/week, unless holiday cover/flexibility is required to the needs of the business).
We’re looking for a creative individual with substantial experience to be a big part of our team. The right candidate will have experience working in kitchens, in a head chef position or similar. You must also have the ability the demonstrate 5* food hygiene standards and upkeep our 5* EHO rating.
If you’re successful in your application you will help to innovate and design seasonal menus, run the daily operations of the kitchen and manage all BOH team members. The Hub on Verulam serves brunch & lunch every day. VESPER serves small & sharing dinner plates Wednesday through to Saturday. A great taste for detail and exceptional delivery of new and exciting, seasonal dishes is required.
We will need you to have the right to work in the UK.
The listed salary is inclusive of a share in tips, which is auto-added to all food bills at 12.5%.
Christmas day off every year.
