Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Sales Assistant to support our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient care. Duties
- Provide excellent patient care by answering queries and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
- Maintain organised records of prescriptions and patient information in compliance with data protection regulations
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and stock rotation to ensure medication availability
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry
- Uphold health and safety standards within the pharmacy environment
Skills
- Prior experience as a pharmacy sales assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy operations
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
