We are searching for an engaging and resourceful ME Operations Manager to join our team. Our ME Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events hosted at the hotel. This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Duties include assisting with the planning and execution of events, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during the event. Successful candidates will have strong multitasking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
As ME Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of all meetings and events operations within the hotel. You will lead the ME team, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards, maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all meetings and events within the hotel.
- Lead and manage the ME operations team, ensuring high levels of service and team engagement.
- Work closely with the Sales and Events teams to ensure event requirements are understood and met.
- Ensure all event spaces are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
- Manage staffing levels in accordance with event requirements and budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain health safety, food hygiene, and operational standards across all event activities.
- Monitor and respond to client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors where required to support event execution.
- Maintain inventory and manage ordering of necessary event equipment and supplies.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the ME team to uphold service excellence.
