We are seeking an organised On‑Site HR Administrator to deliver end‑to‑end human‑resources administrative support for our warehouse site. You will handle attendance data, clock‑in exceptions, leave records, recruitment coordination, new‑hire onboarding, HR system maintenance and front‑line HR enquiries for on‑site warehouse staff. This is an entry‑level role open to fresh graduates and candidates without prior HR experience; full on‑the‑job training will be provided for the right mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Attendance & Leave Administration Reconcile daily warehouse staff attendance data; investigate and process abnormal clock‑in records, approve clock‑in correction requests, and manage all leave application records accurately.
- Recruitment & On‑boarding Support Assist with job vacancy publication, CV screening and interview scheduling. Support new‑employee induction guidance and set‑up of system accounts for platforms including DingTalk and iTalent HR system.
- Personnel Files & HR System Maintenance Maintain and update employee master data, grade adjustments and salary change records. Ensure data accuracy and timeliness within the HR information system.
- On‑site HR Support Act as first point‑of‑contact for warehouse employees’ day‑to‑day HR‑related enquiries (e.g. overtime claim questions). Provide clear guidance and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Other ad‑hoc HR administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: College diploma / Higher‑education diploma or above. No prior working experience required. Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are welcome. We value high learnability, positive learning attitude and trainable personality; full internal training will be delivered.
- Language: Good command of written and spoken English. Able to communicate smoothly with foreign on‑site employees and draft routine internal notices in English.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Experience with HR information systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Personal Traits: Meticulous, detail‑oriented and highly responsible. Strong communication skills, positive learning attitude and good team‑working spirit.
Pay: £2,000.00-£4,000.00 per month
