We are a very busy restaurant on avenues, very close to the university. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and have real input in improving bar and floor service.
We want proper hospitality people — those who’ve done their time and it shows. You should be: Experienced in both cocktail making and barista work min of 2 years experience. Passionate about quality drinks — from Espresso Martinis to Zombies, through espresso and cappuccino.
Confident, warm, and engaging with guests Unflappable under pressure and able to read a room. Happy working with a grown-up team who all pull their weight. Flexible to work weekdays (day and evening), weekends, and key dates. A team player who’s willing to support both bar and floor when needed. Somone with common sense and not afraid to work hard and look outside if the box. Someone who could improve Level and would be proud of it.
What you’ll be doing Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, coffees, and other drinks to a high standard Offering knowledgeable recommendations to guests Keeping the bar clean, organised, and efficient Working closely with the Front of House team to deliver smooth, polished service.
