As a Working Site Foreman, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising all operatives and subcontractors on site.
- Maintaining excellent timekeeping and attendance, setting the standard for the rest of the team.
- Ensuring the project progresses according to programme and identifying any delays before they become problems.

- Managing the daily activities of trades to ensure productivity and quality.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the project.
- Taking full responsibility for health and safety on site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with current regulations.

- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and building regulations.
- Building positive relationships with clients, neighbours and suppliers while maintaining a professional image for the company.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Working Site Foreman or Senior Carpenter/Site Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
- Full UK driving licence.
About You
You take pride in producing exceptional work, lead by example and enjoy being part of the build rather than simply overseeing it. You're organised, dependable and proactive, with the confidence to make decisions and keep projects moving forward. You understand that communication, quality and safety are just as important as craftsmanship.
If you're looking to join a family-run company with an excellent reputation and the opportunity to take ownership of exciting residential projects, we'd love to hear from you.
