The Role
You will manage the WIP, identify software faults and diagnose hardware fault finding to modular level on varied OEM model types. You will follow manufacturer diagnosis rules and test procedures.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of electronic devices with precision and efficiency such as laptops and mobile phones.
- Maintain comprehensive records of repairs and services performed.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure devices meet our high-quality standards.
- Identify defects and implement corrective measures swiftly.
- Provide expert support and guidance to customers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest technological trends and repair techniques.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring all necessary parts are available.
- Accurately document inventory usage and stock levels.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Skills and Qualification
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in electronic device repair and maintenance e.g mobile phone, small instruments. The right candidate must have astrong knowledge and experience of hardware and software troubleshooting. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in all tasks.
