- Plan, organise, and conduct sessions both on-site at the learner’s workplace and remotely as needed for observation requirements, maintaining upkeep of administrative processes via Smart Assessor and Century Tech platforms to monitor progress, log learning hours, and give actionable feedback.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 learners, keeping them on track for timely completion.
- Collaborate with employers, internal staff, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure learners are on track and meeting their learning objectives, or to then establish support plans to ensure they can meet their learning objectives.
- Embed Functional Skills (Maths & English), Safeguarding, Prevent, and British Values into delivery.
- Contribute to the promotion of a positive learning environment that encourages continuous improvement, professionalism, and keeping up to date with changes in apprenticeship standards, childcare legislation, and best practices within the sector.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with learners, employers, and colleagues to support business.
- Strong organisational skills to manage administrative responsibilities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency and confidence using IT systems, especially that of the e-portfolio platforms (Smart Assessor), communication tools (MS Teams), and AI/adaptive learning tools (Century Tech).
- Capability to deliver Maths and English via the Functional Skills qualifications.
- Ability to teach or deliver training sessions confidently, fostering a support learning atmosphere.
